Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise systems including Windows servers and cloud platforms
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to protect sensitive data
- Document IT procedures and create user training materials for new technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT support
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and application issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
