Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Maintain farm facilities and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with packing and loading produce
- Participate in crop rotation planning and soil management
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of agriculture/farming experience
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Clean background check
