Responsibilities
- Perform crop harvesting, planting, and cultivation tasks following industry standards
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures as directed
- Assist with greenhouse maintenance and soil preparation activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation and yield optimization programs
- Maintain accurate records of farm operations and inventory
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 2 years of commercial agriculture experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic English proficiency for team communication
- Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
