Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop fields including planting, weeding, and harvesting
- Operate agricultural machinery (tractors, irrigation systems) with proper training
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain field equipment
- Work efficiently in varying weather conditions during peak seasons
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet daily production targets
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (international candidates only)
- Minimum 1 year documented experience in agricultural labor
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work 8-10 hour days
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during harvest periods
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to worksite (housing provided if needed)
