Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop planting, cultivation, and harvesting
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Inspect crops for quality and disease prevention
- Maintain field hygiene and equipment sanitation
- Adhere to safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Assist in packing and loading produce for shipment
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams of 8-12 workers
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 2 years prior agriculture/farming experience
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic English comprehension for safety instructions
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts during harvest season
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proof of legal work authorization (H2A visa)
