Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including tomatoes, peppers, and squash
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and implement pest management protocols
- Adhere to food safety standards and USDA guidelines
- Assist in post-harvest handling and packing operations
- Maintain farm cleanliness and organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 1 year verifiable farm experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic literacy and communication skills in English/Spanish
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
