Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality code.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and roadmap of our products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one modern front-end framework.
- Experience with backend development (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean code.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Fort Worth, TX, or work remotely from within the USA.
