Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and guests.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals in a timely and courteous manner.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining the office calendar/scheduling.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies and pantry items.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations and office efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
