Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally, managing the front desk operations efficiently.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including common areas and lobby spaces.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks as needed.
- Handle visitor parking and security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
