Responsibilities
- Front Line Ambassador: Greet and welcome guests and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Mail & Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing correspondence.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Visitor Management: Issue visitor badges and maintain the front desk area in a neat and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business or administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with people from all backgrounds.
