Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipping and customs clearance for inbound/outbound freight
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations using SAP systems
- Collaborate with cross-border partners to resolve supply chain disruptions
- Prepare and analyze logistics performance reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with TSA and CBP regulations for foreign shipments
- Train and onboard new international team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean preferred)
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations (Incoterms, FTA)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
- Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship available)
