Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot complex IT issues across time zones
- Document solutions in our knowledge base with clear, multilingual instructions
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and security protocols
- Train employees on new technologies and digital tools
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in IT support with experience in multicultural environments
- Proficiency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS Cloud Practitioner) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with cross-cultural communication expertise
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
