Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of boutique hotel/event venue ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and mentor a culturally diverse team of 15+ hospitality professionals
- Develop and implement inclusive service protocols for international guests
- Manage inventory, budget controls, and vendor relationships
- Create culturally immersive guest experiences highlighting New Orleans' heritage
- Train staff on cross-cultural communication and sensitivity practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to attract international clientele
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years hospitality management experience
- Valid US work authorization (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Proficiency in English; additional languages strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing diverse teams across cultural backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of New Orleans tourism ecosystem (desirable)
