Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional multilingual support to international clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical inquiries and product issues with empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery processes
- Participate in monthly cultural exchange workshops
- Assist in onboarding new foreign employees with relocation guidance
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, or Portuguese preferred)
- Previous customer service experience in multicultural environments
- Valid work authorization or willingness to pursue visa sponsorship
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
