Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops including strawberries, tomatoes, and peppers
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Perform field maintenance including irrigation system monitoring and weed control
- Adhere to food safety standards and USDA regulations
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain accurate crop quality and yield documentation
- Participate in pre-harvest preparation and post-harvest cleanup activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, variable weather)
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Physical stamina for 8+ hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
