Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop planting, cultivating, and harvesting operations
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Inspect crops for quality and maturity; harvest at peak ripeness
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides following strict safety protocols
- Package and label agricultural products according to specifications
- Maintain field sanitation and equipment cleanliness standards
- Report crop conditions and pest/disease observations to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Basic English comprehension for safety instructions
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not required
