Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack premium berries and vegetables according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through proper pruning and pest management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in greenhouse propagation and soil preparation
- Participate in daily farm maintenance and cleaning activities
- Document work hours and production metrics accurately
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Certification in pesticide application a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
