Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, tomatoes) using manual and mechanical methods
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through pest control and fertilization application
- Sort and grade produce according to quality standards
- Assist with greenhouse maintenance and planting activities
- Adhere to all OSHA and USDA safety protocols
- Participate in team-based field operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to participate in visa sponsorship program
- Minimum 3 months of prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work 4-10 hour shifts with flexible scheduling (early mornings/afternoons)
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to submit to background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to worksite
