Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest premium crops using sustainable techniques
- Operate irrigation systems and farm machinery safely
- Monitor crop health and apply pest management protocols
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Maintain field sanitation and equipment cleanliness
- Adhere to all safety and H2A program regulations
- Collaborate with diverse team members in multilingual environment
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa program sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agriculture experience required
- Ability to work 40+ hours/week with flexible schedule availability
- Basic English communication skills (Spanish/Portuguese speakers welcome)
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
