Responsibilities
- Harvest and package seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits) following quality standards
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers per safety protocols
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment sanitation
- Assist with planting, pruning, and irrigation management
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, weekends, overtime)
- Physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
