Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair company-provided equipment (tools, machinery, tech devices)
- Diagnose technical issues using diagnostic tools and software
- Provide exceptional customer service on-site and via remote support
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate equipment logs
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling company equipment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)
- 1+ years of technical or hands-on experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
