Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial machinery using company-provided tools
- Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems and mechanical components
- Document service reports using digital tablets provided by the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment optimization projects
- Train junior technicians on safe equipment operation protocols
- Respond to emergency repair calls with 24/7 on-call rotation (equipment provided)
Qualifications
- Technical certification or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record (company vehicles provided)
- Basic English proficiency (ESL support available)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (safety gear provided)
- Experience with diagnostic tools (training provided for specific equipment)
- Must be authorized to work in the US or eligible for sponsorship
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
