Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (lettuce, melons, peppers)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with on-site training
- Maintain irrigation systems and field sanitation protocols
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to safety guidelines and pesticide handling procedures
- Assist with general farm maintenance and equipment upkeep
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet production goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
