Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (berries, vegetables, fruits)
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems) with training provided
- Maintain crop health through weeding, pruning, and pest management
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist with packing, sorting, and quality control of harvested produce
