Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, flowers)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain crop health through irrigation and pest control
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Attend mandatory training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior agricultural experience required
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (we assist with paperwork)
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
