Your Key Responsibilities
As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining office efficiency. Your duties will include:
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Screening incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Managing office inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Assisting with data entry, record-keeping, and processing expense reports.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who combines technical proficiency with exceptional interpersonal skills. Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM software or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Screen incoming calls, route inquiries, and relay messages effectively.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
- Oversee office supply inventory and order necessary materials.
- Perform data entry, update records, and process expense reports.
- Serve as the primary liaison for vendors and clients.
