Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos, ensuring a polished and professional output.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing incoming communications and inquiries professionally.
- Assist in the organization of company-wide events, conferences, and team-building activities to boost employee engagement.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity at all times.
- Oversee office supply inventory and streamline administrative workflows to improve team productivity.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, file management, and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
