Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for C-suite executives, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and coordinating conference calls.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and routing inquiries with professionalism.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, compile briefing materials, and take minutes for board meetings and strategy sessions.
- Travel Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination of company events, office operations, and cross-departmental projects.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases; generate reports as requested.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support experience, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating high emotional intelligence.
