Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using digital scanning systems.
- Load and unload shipping containers and trucks in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and equipment to ensure operational standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred; technical certifications are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English language proficiency required for safety communication.
