Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care using provided advanced medical equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in our digital health records system
- Assess patient needs and adjust care strategies based on clinical observations
- Provide education to patients and families about health management
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and hospital protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or eligible to obtain
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- CPR/BLS certification with ACLS preferred
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, J1, etc.)
- Proficiency with electronic health records systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
