Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide users through software installations and updates.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and internet navigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, patient, and patient demeanor when dealing with non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
