- Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve technical knowledge and soft skills.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and product usability.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- No prior technical experience or a degree is required; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
