Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for clients.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Learn and utilize proprietary internal software tools under the guidance of senior mentors.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest software updates and company policies to ensure accurate support delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
