Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards) to identify and engage potential candidates for open technical roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit against technical requirements and company culture.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a database of active and passive talent to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews for candidates and clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers.
Qualifications
