Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document ticket resolutions using Zendesk and CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system outages
- Conduct user training sessions for new software deployments
- Maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Windows/Mac OS and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or internships)
- Ability to learn technical systems quickly with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
