Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in deploying and monitoring cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical processes and create troubleshooting guides
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Support user testing sessions and document feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches
- Complete online certification courses (paid for by company)
- Contribute to open-source projects under mentorship
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Portfolio/GitHub demonstrating academic or personal projects
