Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in designing, coding, and testing software applications using modern frameworks.
- Debug and resolve technical issues reported by internal users and external clients with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation to ensure project knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and Sales) to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for our client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will be considered).
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts and logic (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, AWS Cloud Practitioner) during employment.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
