As an Entry Level Representative, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with clients to understand their needs and delivering top-tier service. We provide comprehensive paid training and mentorship to ensure your success from day one.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Identify and assess the needs of clients to provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
- Document accurate customer information and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining high accuracy.
