Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
