Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations and patient progress in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license from country of origin or eligible for US licensure
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
- Completion of accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or bachelor's)
- Passing score on NCLEX-RN exam (or equivalent)
- Ability to obtain Florida nursing license within 90 days of hire
- US work authorization eligibility (visa sponsorship provided)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
