Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately to the charge nurse or physician.
- Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, discharge instructions, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent international nursing qualification.
- BSN preferred; however, we value experience and potential highly.
- Demonstrated eligibility for Visa Sponsorship (H1B, O-1, or Green Card).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
