Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care under supervision of registered nurses
- Assist with daily living activities and vital sign monitoring
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in continuing education and skill development
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Foreign nursing degree with valid credentials
- Pass English proficiency exam (IELTS/TOEFL)
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B)
- Basic CPR certification (provided upon hire)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
