Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support during overnight hours
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress in electronic health records
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams
- Perform admission/discharge procedures for overnight patients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience required
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain current)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Proficient with EMR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Valid California driver's license (for transport duties if needed)
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability
