Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware/software systems
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk tickets
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training programs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
- Support hardware lifecycle management (deployments, upgrades, decommissions)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- No prior IT experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
