Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and incident response for 500+ users
- Lead virtualization projects using VMware/Hyper-V technologies
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Collaborate on disaster recovery planning and business continuity protocols
- Monitor system performance using Nagios/SolarWinds and optimize resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (3+ years)
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Valid work authorization requiring sponsorship (H1B/OPT/L1)
- Proven project management experience using JIRA/Agile methodologies
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
