Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via ticketing system
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems with standardized imaging tools
- Assist with network monitoring, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security patches
- Manage inventory of IT assets and peripherals
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
