Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define features and implement best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; actively participate in code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robustness of the codebase.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to technical strategy discussions.
- Agile Processes: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an agile environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or equivalent modern web frameworks.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Flexibility: Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively within a flexible hour structure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
