Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Assist with the setup, installation, and maintenance of computer workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure business continuity.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn system architecture and network protocols.
- Conduct basic training for end-users on new software applications and security protocols.
- Support data entry and digital filing systems to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior IT experience who are eager to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
