Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Assist with network connectivity issues and basic security protocols
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and process improvements
- Adhere to company security policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certifications
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
