- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for software/hardware issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system malfunctions
- Install and configure software applications on client systems

- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
- Participate in on-call rotation for urgent technical issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
